When is your office open?

Menomonee Falls Community Education & Recreation Department is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

How do I get to your office?

The Community Center is attached to Riverside Elementary School and is located at W152 N8645 Margaret Road.  To visit the office, take Pilgrim Road North (north of Appleton Avenue),  turn Right on Menomononee River Parkway.  One block east on Menomonee River Pkwy, turn Left into the Community Center Driveway.  The office is the first door on the right when entering the building.

When can I sign up?

If space is still available, registrations are usually taken until the first day of class.  On-line registration ends 2 days prior to the start of a class.  We encourage you to sign-up early.

Prior to each session (Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer) a registration period is held following the distribution of the activity guides, which are mailed to each household in the Village of Menomonee Falls.  Residents are given a four day window for priority registration.   During this period, on-line, mail-in, fax, or drop box registrations are accepted.  Prior to the beginning of registration, you can submit your registration form to the CE & Rec Dept office, where it will be held until 8:00 AM of the registration day.  At that time, all registration forms received will be processed in a random order.  On-line registration will begin at the same time.  We believe on-line registration will give you the best odds at getting into a popular class.

Non-resident and walk-in registration will begin one week following resident registration.

Residents and Non-Residents

A resident is defined as a taxpayer or dependent of a taxpayer that resides in the Village of Menomonee Falls (this includes renters) and employees of the School District of Menomonee Falls.  Children who do not live in Menomonee Falls, but attend a public school within the M.F. School District are considered residents, but their parents are considered non-residents.

A non-resident is defined as a person who does not live in the Village of Menomonee Falls.  Non-residents who register using false information will forfeit their right to participate, and a refund will not be issued.

Does my child really need to meet the age requirements for the program?

Yes.  Ages are set to insure safety and benefit the class partcipants as well as the instructors.

How do I receive a senior discount?

Adults ages 60+ are entititled to a 20% discount for instructional programs.  Programs designated for individuals 55+ are already discounted.  Please present proof of age when registering.  A senior discount does not apply to all programs.  Examples of programs where a discount does not apply, but are not limited to, include Open Swim, Fitness Firm classes, Trips, Organizing, Boating Safety, Yoga, Cooking classes, First Aid, and CPR classes.

What is the refund policy?
